Responsibilities:
ensure and control the implementation of plans and distribution parameters of the Company's products in all distribution channels;
competent organization and management of all organizational and commercial issues in the Company;
coordinate the planning of sales, pricing, motivation on the result;
initiate of training aimed at enhancing the level of skills and professionalism in the promotion of the Company's products;
participation in the strategic planning of the commercial activities of the Company;
ensure communication with other departments of the Company.
Key tasks:
sales management of the Company;
optimize business processes to improve the efficiency of each employee;
formation and development of team working on the result;
budgeting (budgeting, controlling its execution);
development and implementation of strategy and sales policy of the Company;
planning of sales and financial result of activities, achievement of targets, deviation analysis;
development of the competitiveness of the Company;
development of the pricing system.
